Exorcism
Okay, this time I am going a little left field. I have always been fascinated with exorcisms. They literally have scared me to death. What are they? Is it really evil spirits or beings that take over someones soul? Watch this clip. What are your thoughts, automatic reactions? Skepticism? I want to know.

Exorcism is derived from the Greek word "exorkizein" which means "to bind by oath". Evil spirits or demons possess a persons body and are then exorcised by a higher authority. The question is, do evil spirits or demons exist? Can they possess a persons body? After dying, do some spirits linger? Possibly attaching themselves to the living? Do they wish us harm? Is it imaginable that the living can converse with the deceased?
Many cultures believe this is true. Some even embrace spirit possession as a essential part of their spirital practices. Personally, I think psychologically one can psycho simatically create fictitous symptoms similar to a person being possessed unkowningly. However, haven spoken to people who have physically experienced exorcisms, Im not sure what I believe. I was both engrossed in their stories and terrified.
