When I was young
For me it all started since I can remember. At the age of four I would beg my Grandparents to please leave the hall light on. They never did. I would repeatedly get woken up in the middle of the night. I was so scared. As I lied there I knew exactly what I was going to face. Turning my head I found myself starring at a cloudy mist hovering in my bedroom door way. As always it would move toward me forming a shape of a policeman literallyswing his billy club. It would get closer and closer until it dispersed. A second image was an Indian wearing a full head dress made out of feathers riding a horse. It too would approach me until it disappeared. Then came the final image which always followed the second. A cowboy, also on a horse, would ride right up to my face until he to vanished. Well, this happened every night till I was 13 when we sold the house and moved. Strangely enough gradually over the years of seeing these entities, I grew accustomed to them. Towards the end I would just watch them without fear gripping me. I realized they weren't there to harm me in anyway. Now looking back, I wounder if they had something to say? My career of encounters with spirits did not end in that house, but nothing has been as intense.
